SIERRA VISTA — A teenager was arrested Monday in connection to the robbery of a Domino’s delivery man on June 8.
Sierra Vista police arrested Williams E. Simmons, 17, at his home in Garden Canyon Mobile Home Park at 405 S. Garden Ave. He is the third person to be charged in regards to the incident.
Simmons was charged with armed robbery, aggravated robbery and aggravated assault. He also admitted to being a member of the Insane Clown Posse, a criminal street gang recognized by the state of Arizona.
Detective Tim Wachtel said Simmons, who will turn 18 next month, will be treated as an adult.
Simmons was part of the investigation from the beginning, Wachtel said. Simmons was indicted by a Cochise County grand jury on Thursday, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
The Domino’s driver was beaten with a pool cue during a delivery about 9:30 p.m. on June 8 in the 400 block of South Garden Avenue. Three men then took three pizzas and a small amount of cash.
The delivery man has a hairline fracture on his jaw and traveled to Tucson late last week where his mouth was wired shut.
Mikael A. Lykins, 24, was arrested inside a trailer in the Garden Canyon Mobile Home Park on June 10 and charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery, aggravated assault and participation in a criminal street gang, according to Sierra Vista police.
Lykins reportedly told police he was a member of the Insane Clown Posse gang.
A boy, 16, who was held on a warrant in the Juvenile Detention Center on June 9, was charged last week with conspiracy to commit armed robbery, aggravated robbery and aggravated assault. He was not identified as a gang member.

Why does everyone keep calling ICP fans “Gang Members”??? My high school teachers tell me I can’t wear my ICP shirts or my hatchet man necklace on school property because they believe they are gang related. WTF is up with that? So when I leave school, as soon as my feet touch the sidewalk outside, I unzip my hoodie and display my ICP shirt and my hatchet man. They say to me “put that away young man, you know the rules” and I just say “FUCK YOU! I’m not on school property so there ain’t shit you can do about it!” My mom backs me up all the way! I think she said that she will wear one of my shirts to the next parent teacher things.

Okay, I am a juggalette & I just happened to stumble around this page. A lot of people take the whole “juggalo gang” thing out of context. Right now I can tell you, I have never in my life got in a fight, I am completly 120% against violence. I have held many back from fights and all. I am also an honor roll student. Yeah, they say we do stupid things like “smoke weed.” I myself don’t, but how many people out there that YOU are friends with smoke. You know atleast one person. They may not say. Also, yes the lyrics are VIOLENT. But I know when i’m angry or mad listening to music with violent lyrics doesn’t make want to get violent but calms me down. There is a bigger message to being a juggalo, its about loving one another. & god. yes god. There are certain little groups they create like something that be called TKK usually 3 letters for one thing. They are not really gangs but enjoy grafetti, & have colors they use. But because some juggalos are in those does not make a juggalo a gang.
Its like, stupid example but makes sense. A green apple is an apple, but a apple is not a green apple. A “gang related person” could be a juggalo, but juggalo’s are not gang related. Hopefully you understand this message

My favorite band is maiden but for a band here and there I have maybe A shirt or somthing I don’t get fooled into buying way over priced clothing and EVERY other thing that they make so you look like a walking ad for them with a little man that looks like a 5 year old made up. Just wanted to say MMFWCL to all the juggalos out there that know what it really means to beleive in the Dark Carnival. That its not just something we flant or fake around. In my town, Juggalos are not any where near a gang… saddly most of us are good with the cops. only had a few run in with a few with a bad ending.
